Mutex check failed

Some of the operations FireStats performs need to be synchronized to protect data integrity.

FireStats used the flock PHP function to perform this operation, but it does not work correctly on some servers.

If your Mutex test fails, this this is the most likely cause. you can either try to upgrade your PHP, or tell FireStats not synchronize those operations.

This is generally not recommended, but may be the only option for some users.

To disable synchronization, you need to uncomment the line

from the file conf.php in the FireStats root directory. Note: By default, FireStats does not come sample-conf.php, and if you have not done so yet you will need to rename (or copy it) to conf.php before uncommenting the line.
