Description

Hi, another search term problem, probably with Ukraine encoding for Google.

http://www.google.com.ua/search?q=%EA%F2%EE-%F2%EE+%EE%F2%EF%F0%E0%E2%EB%FF%E5%F2+%F1+%EC%EE%E5%E3%EE+%F3%E8%ED%E0

the encoding is cp1251, but this is the first time I see google encodes a query in an encoding that is not utf8 without having any indication in the url (like in a previous bug you reported).

is this a common thing?

OK, I will test it, thank you.

Sometimes, strange search terms appear in Firestats. Usually it is term "?????" and URL is http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=ITVA,ITVA:2006-42,ITVA:en&q=%F1%F2%E8%F5%E8.

This is not shown well in Firestats in IE7 (you can try it, only Google icon is shown) and it looks like there is some small hidden problem with encoding and search term is damaged during parsing. This term usually appear once a three days.
