MU stats showing from deleted blogs.

Description

I am using WPMU 1.51 and have deleted a blog but its still being shown in the drop down list in the main blog. It seems the entry doesn't get removed in wp_firestats_sites when a blog is deleted.

hmm, I`ll think about an additional script to clean existing deleted blogs.

Added a new script for cleaning up orphan sites (of deleted blogs), to use, first uncomment line 2 in the script.

this script will also work on FireStats 1.5 (and possibly older versions)
