Problem with Login

Description

Dear Sir,

We are using firestats for our website: wwww.permatexme.com The problem i cannt log in our account on firestats from any computer, I tried to login from our office, i can log in using one computer only, so if the manager want to log in through his pc he cannt, then i tried to log in from my pc at home i cannt login also, only i can login using one pc in our office.

Could you please mention why its like that?

I am not sure why this is.

  • be sure the machines with login problem have cookies enabled.
  • try to change the password of the user that can't login.
