Add filters to make using FireStats with multiple sources easier.

  • Filter by IP
  • Filter by url
  • Filter by referer.
  • Filter by user agent
  • Filter by time range.

Filters will only apply to hits table due to design conflict with a future feature (compacting historical hits into summery table).
